Malaksword Association   What is the Malaksword Assocation? The Malaksword Association is an organization designed to both monitor and protect consumers and businesses alike from questionable business practices. Membership includes inclusion in the database as a certified merchant, as well as free access to our online database of consumers. How do I join? At the moment, we are not accepting applications for new members. This may change soon, however. How do I file a complaint against a member? To file a complaint against one of our members, please use the link on that member's page. If you cannot locate the link, please use our central contact information. Make sure to include the company's name, url, and customer service representative (if possible). Please note that the subsequent inquiry may take 6-8 weeks before resolution. How do I file a complaint against a consumer? At the moment, only members can file complaints against consumers; however, we are implementing a system that will allow non-members to do so soon. Please check back soon, or contact us for an update. How do I file a complaint against a (non-member) business? We have not yet introduced the merchant database to track questionable business practices of non-member merchants.   This will be implemented soon. How do I make a positive report about a member? To submit a positive review or remark about one of our member companies, please use the link on that member's page. How do I dispute my information in your database? If your name appears in our database, it is because a merchant has filed a formal complaint about you, or someone with matching contact information. Please contact us to receive the name of that merchant, and try to resolve the situation with them. If this is unsuccessful, please let us know and we will contact the merchant and/or place a note of contention in your file stating that you dispute the charge. (Merchants searching your file will then see that dispute along with the original merchant's complaint.) Please note that the subsequent inquiry may take 6-8 weeks before resolution.
